Crafted in NYC, Milu's hoisin sauce is chocolaty, savory, and just a little bit sweet. 

Milu's hoisin is a little less traditional but no less delicious. Not as sweet as traditional hoisin, it's more acidic with notes of chocolate reminiscent of mole. This sauce goes well with any roasted meat or fatty or rich dishes. With a strong flavor, a little goes a long way.
