1. Based on stock availability and orders on hand, it takes one week to 10 days to process order, plus UPS ground shipping time, which is between one to five business day depending on how far the shipping distance is from New York.
You may choose a faster shipping service at extra cost. The options are: UPS 3 day, UPS 2 day, UPS next day or Federal Express. However, it is very important that you let us know your schedule by leaving a note when you place the order or calling us during business hours (eastern standard time) at 1-800-878-2446.
The most common reason for delay is out of stock on merchandise, especially with popular items. We will contact you as soon as we can if something is out of stock; meanwhile, please do not hesitate to call us if you are concerned about your order status.

Shipping charges on any expedited service will be determined with the actual actual weight and the dimension of the package at time of shipping.

5. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico:
Same as express shipping.
6. To foreign countries:
We use EXPRESS MAIL SERVICE(EMS), it will be actual postage plus $10.00 special handling. Duty charge on destination state is customer's sole responsibility.
