It’s the flavor craze that’s sweeping Asia and now you can get it in a potato chip. The distinctive taste of salted egg is derived from rich and buttery preserved duck eggs. The founders of Tochi Snacks encountered it on a trip to Asia and had to bring it home.
Ingredients: Potatoes, vegetable oil, salted duck egg yolks, clarified butter (ghee), coconut oil, chilli padis, curry leaves, Himalayan pink salt, organic cane sugar, soy sauce powder, ponzu sauce, white rice vinegar.
