How to use

• If marinating meat or fish, Shio Koji Garlic Paste will draw out their flavors and make them juicy and tender. Recommended marinating time is about 30 minutes to half a day with 3-4 tablespoons of paste for ½ pound meat or fish. With this recipe you can make amazing grilled chicken, pork, salmon, steak, or roast beef.
