Staff during the holidays

Some things to keep in mind as we work hard to fulfill your orders:

  • Please note that even if you choose 2-day or next-day shipping, it still takes 1-5 days to process your order.
  • For regular shipping, we estimate 4-7 days to reach the western part of the United States, and 2-5 days to reach the eastern part of the country.
    Processing and shipping time:
    • It normally takes 1 to 5 days to process an order.
    • Transit time will be 1 to 6 business days depending on location.
    • If there is any delay due to availability, you will be notified by phone or email.
    Shipping charges:
    • In general, shipping charge is determined by weight, dimensions and carrier's zoning.
    • Please be advised that the calculated shipping charge does not reflect with the requiring of multiple cartons needs for packing. If your order require to be packed in multiple cartons, you'll be contacted for additional charge.

    For all international orders:

    • Customer is responsible for all duties and brokerage fees.
    • If order amount exceeds $200, payment may be required by wire transfer or PayPal, and you will receive instructions via e-mail.

    Extra handling charge may apply to:

    • Bulky, fragile, or over-sized items with (**) notation.
    • Order needing rush shipping, drop ship fee.
    • Order requiring multiple packaging.
    • Shipping outside the 48 contiguous United States.
