Processing and shipping time

• Please allow 1 to 5 days to process an order in addition to in-transit shipping time (i.e., even if you choose 2-day or next-day shipping, your package will take an estimated 3 to 7 days to reach its destination)
• For regular shipping, we estimate 4 to 7 days to reach the western United States, and 2 to 5 days to reach the eastern states
• If there is any delay due to availability, you will be notified by phone or email

Shipping charges

• Shipping charge is determined by weight, dimensions, and carrier's zoning
• The estimated shipping charge does not reflect possible extra containers needed for packing (if your order requires multiple cartons, you'll be contacted for additional charges)

International orders

• Customers are responsible for all duties and brokerage fees
• If the order amount exceeds $200, payment may be required by wire transfer or PayPal (instructions will be sent via e-mail)

• Bulky, fragile, or over-sized items
• Rush or drop shipping
• Multiple packages
• Shipping outside the 48 contiguous United States
