Returning or Exchanging Merchandise
Exchange or store credit only within 14 days of delivery. NO REFUNDS.
- Non-returnable items: Gift cards; Downloadable software products; Some health and personal care items.
- Return on Special Order's items will incur a 30% restocking fee.
- Please contact customer service at 800-878-2446 for Return Authorization.
- All returns must be in its original condition with all packaging and parts, a 30% restocking fee may apply if not complied.
- Customer is responsible for return freight.
Missing or Damaged Merchandise
- Retain all parts and packaging materials.
- Do not submit any claim to the shipping provider.
- Report missing or damaged merchandise immediately to customer service at 800-878-2446. Instructions will be provided for exchange, replacement or store credit.
