NYC-based small business Yun Hai 雲海 offers a selection of premium ingredients for Chinese and Taiwanese cooking, sourcing directly from artisans, farms, and soy sauce breweries in Taiwan.

Su Chili Crisps are produced in small batches in Taipei, Taiwan, using a traditional technique that has been passed down through generations. This is a classically flavored, five-spice forward chili crisp with the heady smell of anise, cinnamon, allium and chilis. Use it on more heavily flavored dishes like Beef Noodle Soup or Lu Wei marinated dishes.
