Ingredients: Sweet rice flour, tapioca flour, organic cane sugar, baking powder, natural vanilla powder, sea salt, organic ube powder, organic purple sweet potato powder

How to prepare

1. Whisk together egg, milk, and melted butter/oil. Add KiuKiu mix.
2. Let the batter sit for at least 5 minutes. This is important for the KiuKiu texture!
3. Cook on a greased griddle/pan for 2-3 minutes on each side. Enjoy the chew!
