Cutting Masala Chai

Called "cutting" chai because of the tradition of splitting one serving into two, this masala chai is a mixture of Assam's bold loose leaf black tea with generous amounts of cardamom and cinnamon. It's all infused with rose petals, candied ginger powder, lemongrass, and Tasting India's secret chai masala.
