The word "chaat" originated from its literal meaning "to lick," meaning you’ll be left licking your plate because whatever you add Chaat Masala to will be just that good! It’s a "pick up and sprinkle" flavor enhancing seasoning for practically any dish/drink.

Salty, tart, spicy, pungent and tangy, this masala explodes with an umami-esque experience that picks up different flavors depending on what it’s garnishing.
