KESSHŌ is a small POC- and woman-owned business based in Austin, Texas. Co-founders Liang Wang (who honed her skills in pastry and chocolate-making in Tokyo) and Mark Huetsch founded a bakery in Beijing before embarking on their chocolating adventures.
