KiuKiu (pronounced “QQ”) is a Taiwanese term for a uniquely chewy, bouncy texture — the kind you’ll find in mochi, boba, and rice cakes. KiuKiu's Mochi Pancake and Waffle Mixes have that very texture.
Pandan, fragrant green leaves hailing from Southeast Asia, has a flavor profile described as "vanilla ice cream meets jasmine tea," making it a perfect pairing with the signature KiuKiu chew.
- Mix is ready in 5 minutes; just add butter/oil, eggs, and milk (or dairy free and vegan alternatives)
- Made from California-grown rice and naturally gluten-free, our mixes are crafted in small batches in San Diego
- Each 16 ounce pack makes ~16 mochi pancakes or 6 waffles. Leftovers freeze very well and are excellent toasted for a quick snack!

Ingredients: Sweet rice flour, tapioca flour, organic cane sugar, baking powder, natural vanilla powder, sea salt, pandan powder, coconut milk powder
How to prepare
- Whisk together egg, milk, and melted butter/oil. Add KiuKiu mix.
- Let the batter sit for at least 5 minutes. This is important for the KiuKiu texture!
- Cook on a greased griddle/pan for 2-3 minutes on each side. Enjoy the chew!
