The "Vibrant Hong Kong Table" Cookbook Official Launch Party

Dear friend and author Christine Wong will be in conversation with Pearl River Mart President Joanne Kwong about her newest cookbook. Available will be a tasting of vegan spam kimbap in collaboration with Kimbap Lab. Refreshments provided courtesy of generous sponsors Tsingtao and Acqua Panna/San Pellegrino.
