Los Angeles-based Kwong Shop was founded by Jen Kwong. This slow-cooked, small batch chili crisp is delicious on everything and was inspired by the spicy, flavorful chili crisps that the founder grew up eating. Infused with garlic, shallots, and two types of chiles, chile de árbol and gochugaru, giving it a hot, sweet, smoky taste.
