Lady Wong is Nanyang-inspired pastry and kuih boutique in the heart of New York City. Their Nothing Fancy tempeh chips are made from fermented whole beans, legumes, and grains. Lady Wong works with local Indonesian farmers who still practice the time-honored tradition of making micro batches of tempeh by hand.

Lady Wong went back to their roots to re-create this Javanese superfood and make these nutritionally complete plant-based chips. Tempeh can be traced back more than a thousand years and is referred to as the "pride of Indonesia."
