Vadouvan finds its origins in Puducherry, a French colonial town in South East India. An allium-rich blend with all the classic curry elements, vadouvan is known for its subtlety and panache, with the familiarity of flavors of onions and shallots in the background. A wonderful “flavor bomb” of aroma, it magically transforms humble ingredients into an elevated culinary experience.
